What UniformAg is

UniformAg is a field app for irrigation and effluent bucket testing (catch can testing). It helps you plan tests, record catches, calculate Distribution Uniformity (DU) and Christiansen Coefficient of Uniformity (CU), compare results with design and consent limits, and produce PDF reports for centre pivots, linear moves, travelling irrigators and solid sets.

Using the app

You need an account to record farms, machines and tests. Keep your sign-in details safe and do not share your account with others. You may use UniformAg only for lawful purposes, and you are responsible for the data and photos you enter and upload.

Accuracy and professional judgement

UniformAg is a calculator and reporting aid, not a certification. Results depend on the readings, machine details and settings you enter, and on field method (bucket placement, timing, weather). Uniform calculations follow published methods such as ASABE S436, ASABE S330 and ISO 11545, but final interpretation — including consent or audit outcomes — rests with you and your chosen professionals and regulators. Always check results against the actual requirements that apply to you.

Your data

The farms, machines, tests, readings, photos and reports you create belong to you. We store them for you so the app works, and we do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and why. You can delete farms, machines and tests in the app, and you can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Availability

UniformAg works offline for capture and calculation, but some features — aerial imagery, sprinkler chart AI reading, sync and PDF export from another device — need an internet connection. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we may change or discontinue features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniformAg is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app, from entered or calculated data, or from decisions made using results — including compliance, consenting, irrigation scheduling, nutrient management or crop outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The current version is always on this page. Continued use of UniformAg after a change means you accept the updated terms.
