Privacy Policy

Account details. When you create an account we store your email address and sign-in credentials.

Your farm data. The farms, machines (pivots, linears, travelling irrigators, solid sets), sprinkler charts, tests, readings, notes, settings and PDF reports you create.

Photos. Photos you add of machines, tests and sprinklers, with the tags and descriptions you attach to them.

Location. If you allow location access, we use your device GPS to show your position relative to buckets and sprinklers on the test maps and to capture GPS coordinates you choose to record. Location is only collected while you use the app and only for these features.

We use your data to run the app: storing your records, calculating uniformity results, building your PDF reports, and syncing between your devices. We do not sell your data and we do not use your farm or test data for advertising. Support emails you send us are used to help you and to fix problems.

Your data is stored with a managed cloud hosting provider on secure infrastructure, and transmitted over encrypted connections. Readings you record offline are stored on your device first and synced when you are back online. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Your farm and test data stays private to your account. Reports are only shared when you choose to share or send them. We may share data with service providers that host the app, and where required by law.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can delete farms, machines and tests in the app at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing info@uniformag.app.

We may update this policy as the app changes. The current version is always on this page.
